OUR VISION
The owners of Lowry Vista have established four goals to achieve their vision for the proposed community.
- Sustainability: Using modern design techniques, advanced landscaping systems, and even recycled materials for trash cans and benches, Lowry Vista will be an environmentally responsible community.
- Modern Urban Design: Recent studies show that communities thrive when they have a ‘city center,’ an interconnected neighborhood where residents live, shop, and gather. Lowry Vista embraces that concept and will create an attractive mixed-use community.
- Infill Instead of Sprawl: Cities cannot keep expanding outward; they must fill in the urban areas that are open. Lowry Vista will be a community that helps Denver grow without creating sprawl. Just as the world-class Cherry Creek Mall was created on a landfill, Lowry Vista is a brownfield development, taking dormant, urban land and repositioning it as a thriving, modern community. Further, Lowry Vista will strive to be a Greenprint Denver Development.
- Natural Connections: Coloradans love the outdoors and Lowry Vista will offer plenty of it. With doorstep access to the Mira Vista Golf Course, preserved open space, newly connected trails, and neighborhood “pocket parks,” Lowry Vista will create a Naturally Urban community.
